Kalpana Peddibhotla recognized as Public Interest Attorney of Year for 2012

The NASABA Public Interest Awards honors that attorney who shows undying commitment to public service of the South Asian community and community at large. Criteria include: interesting and innovative models of practice and representation; contributions to the public interest legal field; representation of individuals or organizations relating to issues affecting the South Asian community and/or the community at large; and advocacy for underprivileged, disenfranchised and under-represented minority groups.
