Today, USCIS announced that it plans to publish its final rule in the Federal Register on Monday, August 3rd, 2020 to increase fees across the board for immigration-related filings. A copy of the rule for public inspection can be found here.
Notable changes include:
- I-90 Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card (online filing) – 11% decrease to $405
- I-90 Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card (paper filing) – 9% decrease to $415
- I-129 Petitions for E&TN – 51% increase to $695
- I-129 Petitions for H-1B – 21% increase to $555
- I-129 Petitions for L-1s – 75% increase to $805
- I-129 Petitions for O-1s – 53% increase to $705
- I-129F Petition for Alien Fiance(e) – 5% decrese to $510
- I-130 Petition for Alien Relative (online filing) – 3% increase to $550
- I-130 Petition for Alien Relative (online filing) – 5% increase to $555
- I-485 Application to Register Pemanent Residence or Adjust Status

The final rule is effective October 2, 2020.
