Kalpana V. Peddibhotla is Of Counsel at ImmiCore Law. She was previously the principal of Mathews and Peddibhotla Law Group.
Prior to launching her own law practice, Kalpana represented individuals and companies in complex business disputes for two prominent Silicon Valley law firms, while maintaining a substantial pro bono practice on the side.
Kalpana launched her own law firm in 2005 and has represented numerous companies on their business immigration matters. She has successfully guided Silicon Valley companies from inception to exit. Kalpana has significant experience with H-1B, L, PERM, and Extraordinary Ability petitions. She has taught business immigration CLE’s, has been featured on radio and news programs, and has been an invited speaker at AILA conferences.
