Brianne Donovan

Brianne Donovan is a skilled immigration attorney with extensive experience in managing complex immigrant and nonimmigrant visa cases, including EB-1(C), EB-2, EB-3, H-1B, L-1A, and L-1B petitions. She has successfully guided multinational corporations, start-ups, and public companies through the intricacies of the immigration system, such as the PERM labor certification process and multinational management/specialized knowledge transfers. Working closely with her colleagues at ImmiCore Law, Brianne prides herself on assisting companies in transitioning top performing employees from temporary visas to permanent green card employment, while advising on companywide immigration compliance and policy.

As an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Brianne is committed to staying at the forefront of immigration law policy. She is a member of the Chicago AILA Advocacy Committee and New Member Division, and actively engages with the AILA community through conferences, advocacy initiatives, and pro bono work. With an overhaul of the Department of Labor’s FLAG PERM system in 2023, she served as a subject-matter panelist at AILA’s California Chapters Conference.

Brianne earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she served as the Blog & Social Media Editor for the Public Interest Law Review and held leadership roles in the International Law Society. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Virginia Tech.

Brianne is located in Chicago, Illinois, where she loves exploring the city with her dog and enjoying the lakeshore during the summer months.
